No!
Through my preliminary work and constant control, I am able to offer proper submission at a suitable number of Web Directories.
The value of these links is certainly not as great as it was just a few years ago, but the number does it. I have successfully brought websites to the front rankings at Google only by registering at a total of 300 Web Directories. Of course this assumes that we are not dealing with hard-fought search words and that a suitable "on-page-SEO" was carried out.
Of course a considerably bigger effort is necessary for difficult search words (e.g., in the areas of finance, mobile phones, sex etc.).
Who does the work?
